• Assists chefs and head stewards in managing the stewarding department, ensuring all tasks are consistently carried out to standard.
• Regularly checks daily assignments and ensures the cleanliness standards in the back of the house meet the hospital's requirements.
• Ensure daily washing of all pots and kitchen equipment as per standard procedure.
• Safety shoes and appropriate PPE, including gloves, aprons, and hair nets (tudung permitted), are required during washing or cleaning operations.

Qualifications & experience
